The staff in the premises aren't very trained and the doctor uses coarse language to tell them what he needs. The medication provided by the doctor was incomplete and when I followed up with him, he assumed that he already gave me such medication. The facilities at the premises like payment options are complex, the staff gives several reasons why an electronic card can't be used and asks customers to pay by cash.

Never visit this doctor. He had performed a surgery to my dad *** *** ******** *** **** ** *** **** ***** ******* *** **** *** ****** *** ** **** ***** *** ** ***** *** ***** ***** **** ****He had asked us to pay money as deposit and promised to return after health insurance gets sanctioned but didnt returned it completely saying insurance process comes under my income tax and I need to pay.

Dr.Koganti is a very good surgeon and when he injects anesthesia we do not feel any pain whatsoever and we feel very relaxed. He informs us about our dental problems and advices us about the treatments .
